F4 Fitness Classes
Our 60-minute, station-based group fitness classes are intentionally designed to keep you moving while delivering a complete full-body workout. Each session combines strength training, cardio, and functional movement in a structured format that challenges all fitness levels. With dynamic stations and varied programming, every class promotes endurance, builds confidence, and ensures members leave feeling stronger and accomplished.

F4 Rise
F4 Rise classes are similar to our standard fitness classes, but tailored towards middle and high schoolers. It is a limited time offering that allows students to take advantage of their summer by building healthy habits that will make their next school year the best one yet.

F4 Prime
A slower-paced class focused on strength fundamentals, proper movement patterns, and building a strong foundation. Classes include band work, controlled strength training, and beginner-friendly coaching designed to help you build confidence, improve form, and move well at your own pace. Perfect for beginners, those returning to fitness, or anyone wanting a supportive environment to grow stronger safely and sustainably.

Personal Training
Personalized 1-on-1 nutritional coaching and physical training are designed to meet you where you are and provide the support, structure, and accountability needed for lasting progress. This individualized approach focuses on your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals—helping you build sustainable habits in both fitness and nutrition. Rather than pursuing short-term results, the emphasis is on guiding you toward long-term health, strength, and overall wellness through practical, personalized strategies.

Open Gym Times
During designated open gym hours, members are encouraged to utilize the facility and equipment for additional training beyond regularly scheduled class times, allowing for individualized practice, skill development, and continued progress toward their fitness goals.
